Petraeus, Commander US Central Command, with USO New England President John Mitchell, Vice President David Dorant and Board Member John Arther Moore after receiving the 2010 Person of the Year Award from the Massachusetts Bay Chapter of the Association of the United States Army on 4 March 2010. The event was sponsored by Raytheon Corporation and was held at the Burlington Marriott Hotel. Also present are CAPT Thomas G. Kelley, CMOH, and CAPT Thomas J. Hudner, Jr., CMOH."
